All Balls Racing Group reserves the right to make the determination if the part has been subject to normal wear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or alteration, and all such determination shall be final. All Balls Racing Group shall not extend any warranty or guarantee to products that have been sold by private parties or other unauthorized resellers of our products.

Pivot Works Lifetime Replacement Offer:
Pivot Works Lifetime Replacement offer is subject to the conditions described, for as long as it is used by the ORIGINAL owner, in the intended original manner. Pivot Works will provide the original owner with a ONE-TIME replacement on Pivot Works kits purchased after 1/1/2012. Pivot Works will only replace the original kit purchased. If the original kit is no longer available, a Pivot Works product of equal or lesser value for the same make/model will be offered as replacement. This replacement offer does not apply to a product that is damaged or altered through misuse, modification or installation error.
To obtain replacement of a Pivot Works kit, purchaser is responsible for providing to Pivot Works an original valid receipt, contacting Pivot Works to receive a Return Authorization Number, and returning the product to Pivot Works. Purchaser is responsible for all return and replacement shipping and handling costs. Pivot Works ultimately has the final decision if replacement will be granted. Pivot Works Lifetime Replacement Offer is only valid in North America.
All Balls Replacements Starters for Harley Davidson Motorcycles:
Limited Lifetime Warranty - All Balls Racing warrants solely to the original retail customer that the starter motor (the unit) is free from defects in design, materials and/or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the motorcycle on which the product was originally installed. This warranty applies only if the unit is installed correctly and is used for the application for which it was originally intended and was not disassembled, altered or modified in any way. Warranty does not apply for racing applications. Due to the increased performance of this starter, #4 gauge battery cables must be used. This warranty does not apply in cases of over-cranking, failure due to continuous cranking of a motor that does not start. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by vehicle accident, faulty installation or improper maintenance. All Balls shall assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any damages or expenses caused by or relating to the failure of the unit, other than the repair or replacement of the unit alone. All Balls shall not be liable and will not reimburse for labor charges or incidental or consequential damages. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferable or assignable by the original retail customer to any other person or to any other vehicle. This Limited Lifetime Warranty program may be modified by All Balls at any time. The Lifetime Limited Warranty set forth above is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall any person be authorized by All Balls to modify or add to the foregoing Warranty and Liability provisions.
Warranty Registration Tag - All Balls Starters for Harley Davidson
All Balls ATV / UTV Axles
All Balls Racing warrants its ATV / UTV axles to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 365 days from date of purchase to the original purchaser. CV Boots are excluded entirely from this warranty once the product is installed. Warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from abuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or alteration.
All Balls Racing reserves the right to make the determination if the product has been subjected to abuse, negligence, accident, improper application, improper installation or alteration.
All Balls Racing shall in no event be liable for removal or installation labor, or for indirect, special or consequential damages.
Warranty is void on any vehicle lifted in any way to include tires, wheel or suspension components other than OEM design. Warranty is void on any vehicle used for racing.
Warranty is void on any vehicle that has been altered in any way to include performance enhancements to the engine other than OEM design.
All Balls Racing reserves the right to repair and or replace product determined by the Arrowhead Engineered Products Tech Department to be under warranty.
Replacement products will be warranted for thirty-days from the date the product is shipped. All warranty claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Cost of removal, reinstallation, product pick-up and delivery are the sole responsibility of the owner. To obtain service under this warranty please contact your Authorized All Balls Racing Distributor or the AEP Tech Department. Proof of purchase must accompany product, and be dated within the 365 day period for the warranty to be honored.
All Balls Electronic Fuel Pump And Fuel Pump Rebuild Kit Limited Lifetime Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty - All Balls Racing warrants solely to the original retail customer that the All Balls Electronic Fuel Pump or Electronic Fuel Pump Rebuild Kit (the unit) is free from defects in design, materials and/ or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. This warranty applies only if the unit is installed correctly and is used for the application for which it was originally intended and has not been disassembled, altered or modified in any way. Warranty does not apply for racing applications or to damage or failure caused by vehicle accident, faulty installation, improper maintenance or vehicle modification. Use of Methanol or any fuel containing greater than 10% ethanol will void the warranty. All Balls shall assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any damages or expense caused by or relating to the failure of the unit beyond the repair or replacement of the unit alone. All Balls shall not be liable and will not reimburse for labor charges or incidental or consequential damages. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferable or assignable by the original retail customer to any other person or to any other vehicle. This Limited Lifetime Warranty program may be modified by All Balls at any time. The Lifetime Limited Warranty set forth above is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall any person be authorized by All Balls to modify or add to the foregoing Warranty and Liability provisions.

The customer will be required to return the failed component along with a copy of their original receipt to be eligible for replacement under this warranty.
Supersprox Rear Sprocket Lifetime Guarantee Terms and Conditions
The Supersprox Rear Sprocket Lifetime Guarantee is only valid when a qualifying Supersprox Chain and Sprocket Kit with Supersprox chain, RK or D.I.D sealed link chain is purchased directly from Supersprox or an authorized Supersprox dealer. If purchasing a Kit from a dealer, please ensure that it is an original Supersprox Kit with certificate. The new Supersprox chain, RK or D.I.D sealed link chain must be used in conjunction with the new Supersprox front and Supersprox Stealth rear sprockets. If other chain or sprocket brands are used, or if a used chain is placed on the new Supersprox sprockets, this guarantee will be void. If the completed Lifetime Guarantee form is not returned to Supersprox within 30 days from the date of purchase of the chain and sprocket kit, this guarantee will be void. Only one free replacement rear sprocket can be claimed with the purchase of a chain and sprocket kit. The free replacement rear sprocket will not include a Lifetime Guarantee. The Supersprox countershaft sprocket, Supersprox chain, RK or D.I.D sealed link chain, and Supersprox t-shirt do not include a Lifetime Guarantee. The Supersprox Stealth Rear Sprocket Lifetime Guarantee is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the chain and sprocket kit. ALL BALLS RACING GROUP INITIATION OF A CLAIM REGARDING SUSPECTED PRODUCT DEFECT OR CLAIMS OF MISSING OR INCORRECT PARTS, AS WELL AS GENERAL PRODUCT RETURNS
All claims made regarding All Balls Racing Group products suspected of defect or claims of missing or incorrect parts, as well as general returns are to be initiated by contacting the ABRG Customer Service / Tech Support Team. They can be reached by emailing sales@allballsracinggroup.com or by calling (U.S.A) 515-402-8000.
The following will always be required if making any claim:
- Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or invoice.
- The All Balls Racing Group part number of the product in question.
- The All Balls Racing Group date / lot code which is usually located on the original AEP part number label.
- A detailed description of any suspected issues with the product.
AEP Customer Service / Tech Support will determine the most efficient method to handle your claim and will help guide you through the process. In some cases, you may be in contact with other AEP departments or business units, but the AEP Customer Service Rep will be your main contact throughout the process until the matter is resolved.
CVT BELT WARRANTY
LENGTH OF WARRANTY
All Balls Racing warrants its CVT Belts against defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for a one-time redemption per purchase. All Balls Racingâs obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing a similar product without charge. All Balls Racing shall have the option of requiring the return of the defective material, upon request, to establish the claim. All claims must be made through the completion of all fields on this site. No allowances will be made for repairs or alterations without All Balls Racingâs written consent or approval. All Balls Racing shall not in any event be liable for any special indirect or consequential damage. THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

SUSPECTED PRODUCT DEFECTS
In instances of suspected product defects or deficiencies, we may ask for detailed photographs. If a product is suspected of failure due to a manufacturing defect, we may require that the product be returned to us for inspection along with other parts that are deemed necessary to conduct a proper engineering evaluation of the matter. In these instances, AEP will provide a Return Authorization Number along with a claim form to be completed and returned. Shipment to AEP for any reason involving a claim or a product return will be at claimantâs expense and shall not be reimbursed. The request for parts to be sent in is at the discretion of the Customer Service / Tech Support team and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
All Balls Racing Group product disclaimers and guarantees will be consulted and applied in consideration of a suitable resolution to each claim or return.

All Supersprox products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects such as machining faults, dents or other defects that would render the part unusable or unsatisfactory. How To Register The Supersprox Rear Sprocket Lifetime Guarantee
Your Supersprox-stealth Chain and Sprocket Kit includes a Lifetime Guarantee on the rear sprocket. In order to register the Lifetime Guarantee with Supersprox, please download and complete the Lifetime Guarantee Number Form and return it to Supersprox within 30 days from the date of purchase of your chain and sprocket kit. Failure to register the Lifetime Guarantee, will invalidate your right to claim.
You may return the completed Lifetime Guarantee form to Supersprox by the following methods:

Once the Lifetime Guarantee form is received, the Supersprox-stealth rear sprocket included with your kit will then be guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. Please keep your Lifetime Guarantee form with original proof of purchase in a safe place as you will need to reference your Lifetime Guarantee Number to make a claim.
How To Claim The Supersprox Rear Sprocket Lifetime Guarantee
As long as you have registered your Supersprox Rear Sprocket Lifetime Guarantee with us, once the Supersprox- stealth rear sprocket purchased with your kit is worn out, you may claim the Lifetime Guarantee and we will replace your worn out rear sprocket with a new one free of charge. We will only replace like for like and the replacement rear sprocket must be for the same bike, with the same tooth number as the one sold under the guarantee. If the replacement rear sprocket is out of stock at the time of the claim, you will be offered the option of waiting or switching to a different size or color sprocket of equal value. If you are claiming a Lifetime Guarantee on a custom âOn Demand CNCâ rear sprocket, there will be a $30 machining fee for the replacement rear sprocket. You will be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement rear sprocket which will be calculated at the time of shipping.
There Are Two Ways To Make A Claim:
- Return the worn rear sprocket to our claims department with a copy of this guarantee form showing the Lifetime Guarantee Number and the original receipt. Be sure to include your contact information: name, phone number and email address. Upon receipt of your worn rear sprocket, we will inspect it to verify it has been used responsibly and confirm your Lifetime Guarantee. We will then contact you to inform you of the availability of your replacement rear sprocket, and for payment information for shipping and any additional items you would like to purchase at that time.
- If you use your vehicle daily and cannot ship the worn rear sprocket back and wait for a replacement, you may contact us to confirm your Lifetime Guarantee. We will request that you submit pictures of the chain and sprockets to us so we can verify the rear sprocket has been used responsibly and confirm your claim. We will then contact you to inform you of the availability of your replacement rear sprocket. You will need to pay for the new rear sprocket and any additional items you would like to purchase at that time which will be promptly shipped out to you. You must then return your worn out rear sprocket to us within 30 days in order to receive a refund for the cost of the replacement rear sprocket that was purchased.
